We're seeking a dedicated Cultural Liaison to support Aboriginal families in Karratha.
This role involves collaborating with our healthcare team, facilitating access to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), and co-designing community programs that cater to the needs of our diverse clients.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of culturally sensitive care practices while making a meaningful impact on the lives of families in the Pilbara region.
Key aspects of this role include:
* Working closely with our clinical team to ensure seamless care delivery
* Facilitating NDIS access and supporting clients through the application process
* Co-designing community programs that address the unique needs of Aboriginal families
To succeed in this position, you'll need excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and experience working with diverse communities. A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is essential.
