Job Description
Maintenance technicians play a vital role in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of critical water infrastructure. They operate and maintain pump stations, treatment plants, and reticulation systems to meet contractual requirements.
* Operate and maintain pump stations, treatment plants, and reticulation systems.
* Conduct water sample collection and laboratory analysis.
* Monitor, optimize, and report on plant and system performance.
* Perform routine and breakdown maintenance on all plant equipment and systems.
* Respond to and rectify SCADA alarms and troubleshoot equipment issues.
* Maintain accurate records in the CMMS system.
* Plan and execute scheduled maintenance tasks.
* Participate in on‑call roster with after‑hours response as required.
* Ensure compliance with WH&S, Environmental, and Quality Systems.
