We're building momentum towards our vision to become the most consistent and innovative risk partner.**Your new role**A day in the role may look a bit like this:* Monitor and report on risk matters and metrics across business units, leadership teams and governance forums* Analyse risk data to identify trends and support the development of practical, fit‐for‐purpose solutions* Proactively manage risk management activities, timelines and obligations to ensure timely delivery* Maintain accurate, high‐quality data within QBE's Insight risk system, including centralised data entry* Contribute to risk capability uplift through education initiatives, governance support, intranet/SharePoint updates and targeted risk or compliance projects**About you**To be successful in this role you will have* Experience working in risk, compliance, governance or internal audit within a complex organisation* Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, controls and reporting* High attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach to managing multiple tasks* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights from risk data* Well‐developed stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively* Knowledge of insurance or financial services (desirable)**Benefits**We offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
