**The Role**
This position will see you based out of the head office in Melbourne whilst also working across Sydney. You will be both operational and strategic and work across the full employee life cycle. Reporting into C-suite, your role will grow over time in seniority and responsibility. This is a stand-alone position that will see you build on their existing HR policies and process.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and implement HR policies and procedures
- Create process around employee engagement, performance reviews, L&D
- Provide advice and coaching to leaders
- Recruitment, end to end
- Research and implementation of an HRIS
**About You**
You bring solid experience as a HR generalist coupled with relevant tertiary studies. You are passionate about the tech space and keen to work in a greenfields (or close to) environment. You are happy to be hands-on in your role and partner with senior leaders of the business to build credibility and provide support.
