We are seeking a permanent Team Leader to join our team in Murray Bridge to lead local SIL and In Home Support services.
At Community Living Australia our Team Leaders are responsible for providing practical support, guidance, and coaching to Support Workers who are assisting clients with daily living skills, community inclusion and participation activities.

**What you'll be doing**
**People Management**:Lead and impart CLA culture by supporting recruitment, induction (including coordinating shadow shifts), probation reviews, scheduling of resources (including planning and managing their work), leave management, authorising reimbursements and timesheets, and performance management, seeking support and escalating complex matters. Supervise placement students and trainees.
**Service Planning & Delivery**:Develop support protocols and other documentation in accordance with CLA policies and procedures. Identify requirements for health and behaviour support plans and training.
Escalate Client billing queries and assist with Client funds management. Monitor correct administration of medication, including conducting audits and following up errors, and authorise PRN medications
**Communication & Collaboration**: Report on Client NDIS goal progression. Liaise with and provide updates to Clients and their family/caregivers.
Assist the Client Services Manager with business development activities as directed.
**You'll have**:
- Certificate IV in Leadership & Management (or an ability to commit to studying qualification whilst working) an equivalent qualification, or 3+ year’ experience in a similar role
- Passion for health and safety demonstrated through maintaining First Aid, CPR & Safe Environments for Children & Young People
- NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Check
- Experience in leadership or staff management roles
