About the centre:
The centre is a large family owned service located on the Gold Coast (South) who are committed to high quality, developmentally appropriate care and education for young children. They have a very well established team with a low turn over of educators. The centre is well resourced and has spacious indoor and outdoor environments which the children have access to throughout the entire day to explore and learn.
About the role:
This is an exciting new role that has been designed to provide the exceptional educators at our service with an extra layer of support. This support will be provided by an incredible Educational leader who is cutting-edge, excited about the early years and who wants to be part of a team that strives to provide the highest quality care and education in Australia. This role is not only about providing support and guidance around the programming and planning happening in the Centre, but also supporting the Centre Director. As the Educational Leader/Assistant Director this role will involve management duties such as day to day running of the centre, rostering, budgets and more.
Diploma of Early Childhood or equivalent
Up to date COVID Vaccinations
Blue Card
Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis.
