Join Our Sales Team at Databox Solutions – Account Manager Wanted
Are you passionate about technology and building strong client relationships? Databox Solutions is on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain regular contact with a portfolio of key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
* Make outbound calls to our existing client base to nurture relationships and identify opportunities.
* Manage client contract renewals and proactively identify upsell opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver quotes across a wide range of technology products including:
* Telephones, computers, printers, and accessories
* Ongoing services such as NBN, telephone services, and IT support
* Collaborate with Senior Sales Representatives to assist with quoting and follow-ups for their client base.
* Update client information and interactions accurately in our CRM system.
* Contribute to marketing campaigns by supporting promotional activities and client outreach.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar account management or sales role, ideally within the tech or telecommunications sector.
* Full Australian working rights are essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* A team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with quoting tools and CRM systems is a plus.
