Very well established construction consultancy looking for an experienced Administrator to help with construction plans and support senior management.
**Responsibilities of the Project Administrator**:
- Document control
- Office Management
- Checking Designs & Floor Plans
- Health & safety Documentation and certificates
- Director meetings meetings
- Preparing all Sub-contracts
**Requirements for the Project Administrator**:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Must have at least 5 years experience within a Project Administrator or Office Manager role
- Document Control
- Solid financial reporting and admin skills
