About the Role


We are seeking an organised and proactive Administration & Marketing Coordinator to support our growing trade-based business. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable juggling administration tasks alongside marketing support.

You'll work closely with management and the sales team, helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while also assisting with marketing, communications, and brand presence.


Key Responsibilities


Administration

* General office administration and data entry
* Processing invoices, purchase orders, and customer documentation
* Maintaining customer records and internal systems
* Assisting with reporting, filing, and document preparation
* Supporting management and sales staff with administrative tasks
* Answering phone and email enquiries when required

Marketing & Communications

* Assisting with social media content (posting, basic scheduling, updates)
* Helping prepare marketing material such as flyers, emails, and promotions
* Updating website content and product information (training provided)
* Coordinating simple marketing campaigns and trade promotions
* Liaising with suppliers or designers for branded material
* Supporting internal communications and customer updates


About You

* Previous experience in an admin, office support, or marketing role preferred
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident with computers (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
* Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Experience in a trade, automotive, or industrial environment is an advantage (but not essential)
