The Opportunity
Our Lysaght business in Cardiff is looking for an Operations Team Member (Female Identified) to join the Production Team. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.
Based in Cardiff, our team members play a vital role in our production environment. They operate machinery to create smarter solutions for our customers, while monitoring product quality, remaining committed to their safety and that of the team.
Working Monday to Friday, in a day shift (6am to 2pm) or afternoon shift position (2pm to 10pm) you will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of the role allowing for future career development opportunities. We also offer regular overtime and a quarterly bonus.

What Will You Do?
This diverse role will offer you variety each day, providing you with scope to showcase your skills that impacts the safety of our people as well as the quality of our products, you will:
* receive, check, and inspect goods delivered
* operate automated/semi-automated machinery
* operate mobile equipment such as forklifts and cranes
* safely pack and strap our steel products on site to create specific orders
* supporting the team with general tasks
