As Manager, Premium and Accessibility Delivery, you'll play a critical role in shaping the end‐to‐end airport experience for Qantas' Premium, VIP and accessibility customers. The role provides oversight of premium and accessibility services across all airport touchpoints, ensuring service delivery aligns with Qantas Group standards and regulatory obligations.
Working closely with frontline teams, airport authorities, service providers and the Global Airports team, you'll drive service consistency, identify risks and friction points, and lead targeted improvements at scale. You'll act as the escalation point for complex, sensitive and high‐profile customer situations, while also building long‐term capability by embedding accessibility awareness, expectations and best practice into training, assurance and day‐of‐operations delivery.
Success in this role is defined by aligning stakeholders and culture to deliver respectful, differentiated Premium, VIP and accessibility experiences—particularly during disruption and operational complexity.
You will have:
* 5–7 years of aviation experience in a leadership or customer management role
* A strong understanding of accessibility principles and airport operations
* Demonstrated commitment to customer excellence and empathetic, customer‐centred decision‐making
* Proven ability to resolve complex issues and manage conflict constructively
* Experience coordinating projects or change initiatives in complex environments
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organisation
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to translate insight into measurable service uplift
