Position Summary:
OzKleen – an Aussie-owned FMCG brand behind some of the nation's favourite cleaning products is seeking a hands-on dynamic and results-driven National Sales & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our national sales operations and drive digital marketing initiatives. You'll be negotiating big wins with major supermarkets, keeping stock moving, building brand exposure through marketing and social media, and spotting new opportunities before anyone else. This dual-role position combines both strategic sales leadership with hands-on digital marketing expertise to achieve business growth, strengthen brand presence, and enhance customer engagement across all digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities

· Managing a small team (graphic design assistant and fulfilment & customer service assistant)
Leadership
· Key Account Management for both retail and commercial sales including major supermarkets and household names overseeing the administration and presenting to national account management (such as range reviews, NPD, etc)
· Develop and implement national sales strategies to meet revenue and market share goals, negotiating pricing, promotions, and trading terms to maximise profitability.
· Identify new business opportunities and key accounts across regions.
· Brand development and awareness.
· Oversee stock control, sales performance and adjusting strategies as necessary.
· Collaborate with operations teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
· Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform sales planning.
· Coordinate product & label development, design co-ordination and compliance checking
· Leadership and line-management for a Graphic Design Assistant and Warehouse Direct Sales Assistant.
· Co-ordination for imports with major suppliers.
· Trademark management.
· Manage customer relations, queries and resolutions.
Digital Marketing Management
· Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, search (SEO/SEM), and paid advertising.
· Oversee content creation and ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
· Manage marketing automation tools to nurture leads and improve customer retention.
· Monitor and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools.
· Lead the development of the digital marketing calendar in line with product launches and seasonal trends.
· Drive e-commerce and online lead generation initiatives where applicable.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with the production and finance teams to align efforts and ensure a unified customer experience.
· Provide regular reports and insights to executive leadership on both sales' performance and digital marketing activities.
Qualifications:
· –8 years of experience in national sales and digital marketing, preferably within FMCG.
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications or relevant experience
· Knowledge of supply chain and stock management
· Strong people management skills.
· Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience managing multi-region or multi-channel B2B and/or B2C sales.
· Ability to quickly understand products
· Exceptional time management and the ability to work independently/autonomously
· Customer and stakeholder interaction skills
· Understanding of omnichannel marketing and sales channels.
· Creative approach to marketing and digital brand promotion
· Graphic design skills are a plus as this role also manages a graphic design assistant.
· Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g. WooCommerce).
