The Position
9. Coordinating and setting up property advertisements
10. Tenant application processing
11. Scheduling routine inspections
12. Conducting virtual walk through's of rental properties
13. Attending routine inspections - full training
Skills & Experience
14. An understanding of the property management industry as a chosen career is essential
15. PM Registration started/or completed preferred
16. Corporate presentation, initiative and a passion for the industry IS required
17. Outstanding time management to coordinate appointments is key
18. Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
19. Strong attention to detail
