**The Client**:
This highly regarded shopping centre owner has a quality and diverse property Shopping Centre portfolio throughout Australia and is on an exciting growth trajectory. Due to growth across the portfolio, an opportunity has arisen for a Retail Manager/2IC to join their team and work across a high-quality retail asset in Melbourne's East. This role would suit an experienced Shopping Centre professional in either Retail Management or Assistant Centre Management.
**The Opportunity**:
Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will have responsibilities across all aspects of Shopping Centre Management. Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Lease Administration & Management
- Retail Management - tenant liaison for leasing and tenancy issues
- Manage tenant rental arrears
- Assist with developing a leasing strategy for the centre
- Assist with developing and managing the centre income budget
- Maintenance of relevant files and correspondence
- Strong drive to learn, grow and establish themselves in the retail sector
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Have a high level of computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
