Frame Steel is a steel frame kit home supplier based in Yatala QLD. We supply our designs Australia wide.
Due to ongoing demand, we are looking for the right person to assist our manager with the general day to day duties. These include, but are not limited to:
- Assist walk in customers with queries, brochures & information
- Social Media - updating our social media pages daily, advertising our products on social media, answering customer enquiries
- General office duties & admin support
The successful applicant will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to listen to customer requests & relay them with accuracy to the relevant staff members
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Own transport - There is no public transport available to you
We are looking for someone extremely personable with a knack for accurate communication. Our customers appreciate the personal service they receive from us & we're hoping to find someone who fits seamlessly into the role.
Your hours will be Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm (no weekend or public holiday work - YAY).
We are a close knit, laid back team, but are not afraid of hard work.
