About the Company
We are proud to be partnering with one of Sydney's most respected and award-winning architectural practices in the search for a talented BIM Coordinator.
They boast a strong portfolio of high-profile projects across healthcare, education, and sports & entertainment sectors, this firm is at the forefront of design innovation, technology integration, and sustainable architecture.
About the Role
As the BIM Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving the implementation and coordination of BIM processes across a range of major projects.
Working closely with project teams and technical leads, you will ensure the smooth integration of BIM standards, workflows, and model integrity from design through to delivery.
You will sit within a knowledgeable Digital Design team and act as the bridge between design intent and digital execution.
Duties
Coordinate BIM models and workflows across multiple large-scale projects
Support project teams with model setup, clash detection, and data management
Maintain and enforce office-wide BIM standards, templates, and protocols
Conduct BIM audits and quality assurance reviews across project models
Provide training and day-to-day support to staff in Revit and BIM 360 workflows
Collaborate with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth digital coordination
Assist in the development and refinement of BIM documentation and digital tools
Skills & Experience
Qualifications in BIM, Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 4+ years' experience
Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC
Strong understanding of BIM standards (e.g. ISO 19650) and digital delivery processes
Experience on large-scale, complex projects (health, education, public infrastructure preferred)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
Proactive mindset and passion for digital innovation in the built environment
