Scaffolders Needed - Sydney (Industrial / Oil & Gas Site) We are seeking experienced scaffolders for ongoing industrial work on oil and gas projects in Sydney. These roles offer consistent work, with an opportunity for temp‑to‑perm engagement based on performance, experience, and ticket level. About the Role You will be working on industrial scaffold installation, alteration, and dismantling on a high‑risk oil and gas maintenance site. You must demonstrate strong safety focus and the ability to work long days (up to 10 hours) in an industrial environment, supporting plant access and shutdown scopes. Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates must hold the following: High Risk Work Licence - Scaffolding (Basic, Intermediate or Advanced) (required to legally erect, alter and dismantle scaffolding) Construction White Card (mandatory for all site work) Working Safely at Heights certification (industry standard) Confined Space ticket (preferred) Current PPE : steel‑cap boots, hi‑vis, hard hat Own basic scaffolding tools Ability to work safely at heights and in a team environment Additional tickets considered a bonus (depending on site requirements): EWP licence Forklift / telehandler Gas testing / breathing apparatus tickets What's on Offer Ongoing work on industrial / oil and gas projects Pay rates based on experience and ticket level Up to 10‑hour days on site Temp‑to‑perm opportunities for high‑performing scaffolders Supportive, safety‑focused environment If you're interested, please reply back to this email
