SummaryThe opportunityAvanade's New Horizon strategy is reshaping how we grow. After 25 years building world-leading Microsoft capability for enterprise clients, we're now pursuing direct relationships with mid-market organisations-companies with revenues between $500M and $5B that are underserved by traditional consulting models but ready to transform.You'll help establish Avanade Advisory's presence in a segment where deals move faster, executives wear multiple hats, and the right advisor can shape outcomes at board level. You'll work across industries and solution domains, connecting client challenges to Avanade's full capability set-from Data & AI to Business Applications, Modern Workplace to Cloud & Security. If you've spent your career translating strategy into action, and you're energised by the prospect of driving growth in a new market, this is your opportunity to do both.About the roleAs a Cross-Solutions Advisory Lead, you will work directly with C-suite executives-CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs-to assess their technology landscape, interpret strategic intent, and develop roadmaps that create momentum into delivery.While you'll engage at the highest levels on business direction and digital ambition, the work centres on making strategy actionable: understanding current state, identifying practical interventions, building business cases, and shaping programs that Avanade can deliver.You will be measured on delivery excellence and on your ability to create pull-through to Avanade's broader capabilities. Success is building enduring client relationships and generating sustained engagement across solution areas.Key ResponsibilitiesLead advisory engagements with C-level executives across industries, assessing technology, applications, processes and capabilities to develop transformation roadmaps with full stakeholder alignmentTranslate high-level strategy into operational objectives that account for current realities, constraints and regulatory requirementsConnect client needs to Avanade's solution portfolio-identifying where Data & AI, Business Applications, Modern Workplace, Cloud, Security and other capabilities can drive valueFacilitate executive conversations that cut through complexity and build consensus for actionDevelop business cases, roadmaps and plans that create clear paths from advisory into deliveryCoach and mentor team members, supporting their development as consultants and advisorsBuild strategic relationships across client organisations that sustain and expand engagement over timeCollaborate with Microsoft account teams and other Avanade leaders to identify and pursue opportunities Equal Employment Opportunity Statement All employment decisions shall be made without regard to age, race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, citizenship status or any other basis as protected by federal, state, or local law.
