We support our Patients by linking them to case managers for ongoing treatment and support within an environment appropriate to the person's needs.The Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) is responsible for promoting evidence based best practice through the coordination and facilitation of clinical education and other staff development strategies to a range of health professionals working in the unit. The CNE is required to identify learning needs and to plan, develop, deliver and evaluate clinical education at unit level that facilitates person centred, recovery focused and trauma informed mental health nursing care that is family inclusive and culturally sensitive.We invite you to make this next step in your career with us.
