Architectural Draftsperson – Residential Builder / Developer (South East Melbourne)

About the Role
We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 5 years' drafting experience within a residential builder / developer environment.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves preparing accurate and compliant documentation for single-storey residential projects.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of residential drafting experience.
Sound understanding of single-storey construction methods.
Strong knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC) and Residential Design Codes.
Minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Residential Drafting.
Experience with Archicad essential.
Experience with Estimating and Take-offswill be looked upon favourably.
Must be Melbourne-based.
