Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Perth. As a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a wide range of Cummins generators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing routine and preventative maintenance tasks on Cummins generators
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues to identify and resolve problems
* Conducting inspections, servicing, and repairs on site and in the workshop
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with industry best practices
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a heavy diesel mechanic in the power generation, mining or construction industry
* Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with the maintenance and repair of Cummins generators
* Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Availability to work Monday to Thursday 6-3, Friday 7-4
