Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll deliver tailored communication and IT solutions, build strong customer relationships, and manage a robust sales pipeline. Your day to day will consist of
* Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with customers to assess business needs.
* Deliver tailored communication and IT solutions to business owners and decision-makers.
* Maintain proactive engagement to identify new opportunities and strengthen retention.
* Collaborate with internal support teams to manage service delivery and resolve issues.
* Build and maintain detailed territory and customer plans aligned to growth targets.
* Use CRM systems to track progress, manage data accuracy, and report on key metrics.
