You will establish long-term relationships with key customers. This role reports to the Area Manager/First Line Sales Manager.Typical AccountabilitiesComplete all training requirements, including product examinations.Engage healthcare professionals in discussions about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing.Work with the Sales Manager to develop local strategies and business plans to meet or exceed sales and call goals in your territory.Drive sales performance and ensure forecasts and budgets are met or exceeded.Maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relevant to your territory.Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and distribution of samples.Essentials for the roleBachelor's DegreeExperience as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical industryProven ability to build strong relationships internally and externallyEffective communication, influencing, and networking skillsSelf-starter with confidence in personal presentation and sales abilitiesDesirables for the roleTerritory knowledge is advantageous but must be flexible to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.Good English language skills.Why AstraZeneca?Make a meaningful difference to patients' lives.
