About the Role
This position requires a detailed working knowledge of Windows server operating systems, technical knowledge of server hardware and configuration, network switches, end user device and printer support, Windows 10 and above, iPadOS, and MacOS.
Key responsibilities for this role include leading the IT support service team, ensuring high levels of service and issue resolution, and maintaining agreed performance standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for installing and maintaining systemic management and educational delivery systems in accordance with departmental information standards and policies.
Skills Required
* A Diploma of Information Technology (or equivalent based on ACS skills assessment)
* An open drivers licence is required for travel between base location and schools on a regular basis
* A Blue Card is required for working with children
