Responsibilities and duties:
- Provide executive support to the Director of Pharmacy, and administrative support to the Deputy Director of Pharmacy and Associate Director of Pharmacy for the business operation of the Pharmacy Department.
- Manage calendars, communications, meeting coordination, and related administrative tasks to enable efficient operations.
- Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and documents as required.
- Support projects and processes within the Pharmacy Department as assigned.

About the Role
As the Executive Assistant and Business Support Officer you will provide executive support to the Director of Pharmacy, and administrative support to the Deputy Director of Pharmacy and Associate Director of Pharmacy for the business operation of the Pharmacy Department.
