The Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast is seeking a highly skilled Room Dining Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of the In Room Dining department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a hotel Food & Beverage operation, with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Roster staff and manage daily operations of the In Room Dining department.
* Liaise with other departments on guest requests and ensure accurate charge processing.
* Allocate and action duties in line with Sheraton brand standards.
Requirements:
