We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to provide strategic planning, negotiation and advice on workplace relations matters.
This role requires providing written and telephone guidance to assist schools with industrial relations, compliance with the Fair Work Act, managing underperformance and misconduct, Award and Enterprise Agreement compliance, change management and restructuring, and supporting ill and injured workers.
About You
* Minimum 5 years experience as an Employee Relations Specialist with comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation.
* Demonstrated ability in negotiating, drafting and approval of enterprise agreements in unionised environments.
* High levels of credibility, integrity and trust;
* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, together with drafting ability and presentation skills;
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Law.
