ABOUT THE ROLE:
* Have the opportunity to lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
* Create engaging programs with industry leading programming tools
* Be the face of the OSHC serviceand create positive relationships within the school community.
* Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
* Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
ABOUT YOU:
* You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
* Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
