SHINE AUTOMOTIVE is seeking a skilled and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our team in Salisbury South, SA. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair and maintenance of a variety of vehicles to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles including servicing, inspections, replacing parts, and troubleshooting issues
* Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues
* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry best practices
* Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used
* Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
* Keep the workshop clean, organised and compliant with all health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
* Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a related trade
* 2+ years of experience as a qualified Motor Mechanic
* Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostic equipment and repair procedures
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
* Good communication and customer service skills
* A current driver's licence and your own tools
