Mastergroup (home of Agrimaster) is a software development company that has been operating for nearly 40 years, specialising in farm financial software, specifically for the Australian Agricultural sector. Agrimaster is used by farm businesses and professional partners in all states of Australia, with a large market share of 80% of farmers in WA.
We are seeking a Training Officer/Customer Service Representative to join our team located in Subiaco. The successful applicant will be providing proactive training and support to our key stakeholders.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Deliver training to customers via webinars and face to face
- Ensure all staff are inducted and trained in the products we develop
- Be part of continual development and maintenance for training content & resources, and support center content
- Assist with the creation of video content and presentations for training and demonstration purposes
- Assist with the coordination of customer training
- As required attend industry events to represent Mastergroup
- Develop training material for new product features as developed
- As required assist with testing and execution of product releases
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience with the above responsibilities/duties within your past employment.
- Minimum one-year experience using accounting and payroll programs. (e.g., Xero, MYOB, Sage, Agrimaster, etc.)
- Organised and strong communicator
- A Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equal work experience
- Previous experience dealing with high volumes of customer queries at one time including help desk support.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
