Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience managing a team in a retail environment (for all roles below a store manager)
* Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team in a retail environment (for Retail Managers)
* Proven ability to drive sales outcomes and promote exceptional customer service
* Strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence, coach, and mentor others
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
