Fully paid HR (Heavy Rigid) license training, delivered in partnership with leading training providers including the Driver Experience Centre of Australia and a Central West-based truck driving school.
One-on-one mentorship throughout the program.
Professional development, including accredited units toward a Certificate III in Driving Operations.
Completion of Holcim's agitator rollover training and other safety-focused modules.

Subject to successful completion, Women on Wheels participants may be offered a two-year full-time contract as a Driver / Plant Officer in Holcim's Central West NSW operations—where you'll be part of the team helping deliver some of Australia's most iconic infrastructure.

What matters most is your attitude and drive.
We're looking for women who are:
Self-motivated and reliable
Willing to learn and step outside their comfort zone
Confident communicators with strong customer service skills
Willing to travel as required across the Central West region.
To be eligible, we ask that you:
Hold a full, unrestricted car license
Are able to commit to the full 7-week program and to pursuing a full-time role with Holcim afterward.
Successfully complete a medical assessment including general health, physical capability, and Drug & Alcohol screening.
What You'll Gain
