To build and develop our Australian market, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic sales professional to lead our expansion – the spearhead of our presence in Australia.
Your Tasks – Powering Ahead with Energy:
* Lead market expansion and strengthen FoxESS's presence across Australia
* Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with global HQ
* Identify market opportunities, key segments, and competitive landscape
* Build and maintain a strong network with distributors, installers, EPCs, and wholesalers
* Manage and develop distribution and wholesale partners
* Acquire new partners, installers, and project clients
* Deliver product training sessions, webinars, and on-site presentations
* Handle quotations, negotiations, and contract closing
* Take ownership of sales targets and KPI achievement
Brand Representation & Market Presence:
* Increase brand awareness and trust within the Australian market
* Represent FoxESS at trade shows, industry events, and networking activities
* Collaborate closely with marketing on localized campaigns
* Monitor market trends and provide customer insights
Your Profile – What We Are Looking For:
* Several years of experience in technical sales, preferably in PV, storage, inverters, or related sectors
* Proven experience in building and scaling sales channels
* Existing network within the Australian solar or energy sector is highly desirable
* Strong technical understanding and passion for renewable energy
* Self-driven, results-oriented, with strong closing ability
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
