Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have an opportunity to Join the Mort & Co Fertiliser team in the newly created position of Sales Support Coordinator. This permanent full-time role will be based in the Toowoomba Office and play a key role in supporting the sales team to stay focused on customers by ensuring the administration, systems and coordination behind the scenes run smoothly.
Key responsibilities will be:
* Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration
* Preparing customer quotations and assisting with sales orders
* Setting up new customer accounts, products and pricing in our systems
* Liaising with customers, growers and our Certified Partner network
* Managing and monitoring consignment stock
* Coordinating sales forecasts and communicating with operations
* Helping us deliver on our Outstanding Service Promise
ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this position, you will be organised, pro-active and have a passion for working with People. You will also bring:
* Proven experience in administration, sales support or sales coordination
* Experience in the agricultural or rural industries will be highly regarding but not essential
* Experience with ERP and CRM systems
* Strong time management and organisational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced and changing environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
* The ability to remain calm under pressure
