Your new opportunity:
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Human Resources Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll get hands-on experience in employee lifecycle activities, recruitment, learning & development, health & safety, employment relations and more. We are a remote first organisation so work from home is our norm, however being based in either Adelaide or Melbourne means you'll have the option to work from our central offices when you choose.

This role is responsible for providing administration support to the Human Resources and Health & Safety functions.

You will:
- Manage all employee related changes and updates through our HRIS Workday ensuring compliance requirements & payroll deadlines are met.- Support our Health & Safety team action any safety requests and administration tasks.- Work closely with the HR Business Partners, HR Advisor, L&D Consultant & Recruitment Consultant as required.- Assist the wider team with cyclical HR activities such as the annual performance review cycle, engagement surveys, remuneration review etc.- Contribute to Human Resources projects and initiatives as required.

About you:
- Ready to roll up your sleeves and learn A degree/certificate in HR or business admin is a plus but not mandatory.- Experience in a similar role as an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator.- Tech-savvy and excited to work with Microsoft Office and HR software.- Superb communication and people skills - we love team players- Detail-oriented, especially when handling confidential information.- Passionate about HR and eager to grow with us.- An energetic and positive attitude that adds to our team culture
