**About the opportunity**
This is an opportunity for motivated entry-level helpdesk officer to join the team. This person will be responsible for administrative duties with the primary objective to act as the first point of contact for internal customers.
Some of the key tasks will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal customer support
- Logging support requests
- Ensuring SLAs are being met
- Resolve tickets at the first point of contact where possible
- Escalating issues to appropriate team member
**About you**
- Self-directed and motivated with time management skills
- Recent graduate or relevant IT experience
- Flexibility and adaptability to change
- Sound written and verbal communication
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office ability
- Comfortable with challenges and ambiguity
