We're a well‑established, multidisciplinary practice in Ocean Grove, known for our compassionate, child‑centred work. Our team includes psychologists, counsellors, mental health social workers, an OT and a speech pathologist, and we share our space with a paediatrician and audiologist—making true collaboration part of our everyday.
Our spaces are warm, comfortable, and filled with everything you need: therapy tools, gold‑standard assessment kits, a clinician library, and a genuinely lovely reception team that makes your days smoother. You can even walk to the river from the clinic.
The Role (Primary Focus)
We are primarily seeking a psychologist with a strong passion and skillset in working with children, adolescents and families. If you love:
* Play‑based and other creative models of work
* Child‑centred, family‑focused therapy
* Neurodiversity‑affirming practice
* Helping families feel seen, supported and empowered
* Working within a social model of disability
We would especially love to hear from psychologists with experience or an interest to develop their skills in neurodevelopmental assessment (autism, ADHD, learning disorders, cognition, FASD, PDA, OCD and more). You'll have full access to assessment tools and excellent support to grow confidently in this space.
We're also very open to applicants with special interest areas. While our primary need is child‑focused, we have growing demand for psychologists with interests such as:
* Addictions
* Personality disorders
* Couples and relationship therapy
* Complex adult mental health
