Occupational Health Service Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our occupational health service team. As an integral part of our workforce medicals and assessments, you will play a crucial role in ensuring employees are fit for work and compliant with industry health standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive pre-employment/health assessments including functional capacity evaluations, drug & alcohol screenings, and health surveillance checks.
* Perform audiometry, spirometry, and ECGs as part of workplace medicals.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records and collaborate with stakeholders to finalise assessments.
* Work closely with doctors and other health professionals to deliver a streamlined health assessment service to candidates.
* Provide client-centric support and contribute to the review and development of best practice within the organisation.
About You:
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with AHPRA.
* Experience in occupational health or a clinical background in a similar setting is highly desirable but not essential, as training is available.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
* Excellent administration, case management, and communication skills.
