**About the Role**
Working closely with the Technical Director, we currently have an exciting **Permanent Full-Time** opportunity for a **Technical Executive** to join our Sydney office to provide technical leadership in both bridge design and underground transport structure design capability on a national basis.
This will be a senior technical role with a national focus through project leadership, expert input and engagement with the Bridges & Structures Capability Leadership Team. This is a unique opportunity to take a pivotal position with an industry leader during an expansionary phase.
- 15+ years' experience in structural analysis and design of Bridges and/or structures
- Creative thinking and an innovative outlook to develop unique structural design solutions
- An uncompromising focus on our clients and a high level of relationship management skills
- Structural design and design management experience in highway and rail projects
- The ability to work effectively in a D&C; or Collaborative environment
- Experience challenging technical standards to find the best solutions for our clients
- Expertise developing/mentoring the technical capability of junior engineers as well as ensuring teams development is keeping pace
