Key Responsibilities You will lead a multidisciplinary team (37.58 FTE), reporting to the Executive Director and Chief Medical Officer. Your focus will be on:
Optimizing resources and driving innovation across West Moreton.
Ensuring consistent change practices and medical engagement in strategic projects.
Providing high-level accountability for day-to-day service delivery within the Models of Service Delivery framework.
Requirements
Registration: Specialist registration (or eligibility) as a Psychiatrist with the Medical Board of Australia.
Leadership: Proven experience in managing contemporary mental health service delivery.
Flexibility: Ability to travel across West Moreton sites (including The Park and ATODS sites).
Compliance: Successful candidates must pass Queensland Corrective Services and criminal history screenings.
