Senior Recruitment Consultant, Professional Services – Sydney
Our client is a specialist recruitment agency focusing on roles across Professional Services in Australia and the wider APAC region.
They are a proud team of market experts who work closely with a wide range of leading employers, within both C&I and Private firms.
About the role
This is a full 360-recruitment role, where growing a new client base is key, as will developing your own network.
You will have to research and secure new clients as well as find, screen, and build your own pool of candidates.
The recruitment business works on both contingent and search based roles, and at the mid-senior end of the market.
Responsibilities
Research and secure new clients to grow the client base.
Find, screen and build a pool of candidates for professional services roles.
Operate in both contingent and search based recruitment.
Work at the mid-senior end of the market.
Qualifications
At least 2-3 years recruitment experience within a professional services sector agency environment.
Ambitious, driven and determined with good interpersonal skills.
Comfortable having conversations with high-end clients and potential candidates.
Preferred experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Financial Services or Risk & Compliance.
Relocation sponsorship: Relevant degree plus two years recruitment agency experience, or five years of experience without a degree.
Salary & Benefits
Base pay range: A$80,******/yr – A$90,******/yr
Quarterly commissions up to 40% without claw-backs.
