Injury Management Professional
Key Responsibilities:
As an Injury Management Professional, your primary focus will be on ensuring that clients receive the best possible care and support during the rehabilitation process. You will do this by collaborating with treatment providers, including doctors, specialists, and allied health professionals to develop effective rehabilitation plans.
You will also be responsible for visiting various workplaces to learn about physical demands and responsibilities of job roles, with the aim of supporting safe and timely return to work or maintenance at work. Additionally, you will educate workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries, and build relationships with key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
