B2B already drives much of company revenue. The next phase of growth is scaling inbound lead generation hard enough to feed the sales team with consistent, high-quality opportunities.
This role exists to do exactly that.
We are hiring a B2B Growth Marketing Specialist to own inbound lead generation, pipeline contribution, and the systems that turn leads into closed revenue. This is a performance role with real accountability and uncapped upside tied directly to results.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Driving B2B Inbound Lead Generation
* Plan, script, and brief Meta lead generation ads targeting commercial buyers
* Film ad content where required, supported by freelance videographers, editors & content creators
* Launch, test, and scale creatives based on lead quality and revenue impact
* Optimise for lead quality and deal conversion, not vanity volume
Owning HubSpot and the Sales Pipeline
* Own HubSpot as a revenue system, ensuring reporting and data reflect reality and support decision-making
* Identify and fix bottlenecks across the sales pipeline that slow deals or reduce conversion
* Continuously improve lead flow, handover, and pipeline structure to support faster closes
* Work directly with the sales team to tighten follow-up, shorten cycle times, and lift win rates
* Ensure inbound demand turns into real, measurable pipeline and closed revenue
Building the B2B Website Experience
* Build or brief high-converting B2B landing pages on Shopify
* Improve fit-out and commercial pages to support sales conversations
* Align ads, landing pages, and sales calls into a single system
Supporting Sales Through Content, Fit-Out Shoots and Industry Events
* Plan, organise, and brief commercial fit-out photo/video shoots to support inbound and sales conversations
* Coordinate testimonials, case studies, and cinematic content that strengthen credibility with high-ticket buyers
* Work with external videographers & editors to build a library of B2B assets that directly support objection handling and deal progression
* Organise and support industry events, launches, and activations that generate qualified leads and strengthen sales relationships
What You'll Need
* Proven experience running B2B lead generation campaigns, ideally via Meta
* Hands-on experience working alongside a sales team, not just handing leads over
* Demonstrated ability to analyse and improve sales processes, pipeline flow, or conversion rates
* Strong HubSpot experience, or highly transferable CRM experience in a sales-led business
* Clear understanding of long sales cycles and high-ticket buying decisions
* Comfortable being measured on pipeline and closed revenue, not just lead volume
* Able to operate hands-on across content, systems, and optimisation without needing heavy structure
This role is not suited to purely B2C eCommerce backgrounds with no exposure to sales teams or long sales cycles
Bonus Points
* Experience in high-ticket or long-cycle B2B
* Ability to film basic ad content yourself
* Experience building or optimising landing pages
* Familiarity with Shopify, attribution, or CRO
Compensation
* Base Salary: $80k–$95k
* On Target Earnings: $120k - $140k+, Uncapped
