We are looking for a full-time pharmacy manager to be part of our dynamic, experienced and caring team here at Priceline Pharmacy Margaret River. Should have a proven track record of Pharmacy Management (at least 3-5 years management role) and be capable of providing professional services such as pharmacist-prescribing, or consults such as Medschecks/Woundcare/Travel Advice/UTI/Oral Contraceptive/Vaccinations/Diabetes Educator. Looking for someone with Pharmacist experience in Australia, New Zealand or the UK and Pharmacist Registration with APHRA as a qualified Pharmacist (not Pre-reg).
Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of 3 years pharmacy management experience. We use Fred Dispense and have an automatic ROWA dispense which makes dispensing really easy.
Responsibilities
* counselling patients & offering the complete solution to their health needs.
* managing short-dated stock and monthly DD count.
* Giving advice and offering Professional Services that are available in the pharmacy, such as weight management, vaccinations, Medschecks, Diabetes Checks, UTI consults, Medical Leave certificates, Oral Contraceptive Pill consults.
* Supervision of staff so all relevant procedures are followed and directing work-flow so customers are served in a timely fashion.
* Setting monthly goals and targets for the team to reach.
* Staff training on any new or relevant products/services.
About the role
We have a great supportive team, and strive to put our customers first, caring for their health and well-being needs, and providing a holistic approach to their health needs. We are also a Compounding Pharmacy and specialise in skincare for inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis, wound healing and sun-damaged skin. The successful candidate will be someone who is organised, self-motivated, able to work together with the owner to set goals and motivate the team to reach those targets. They should also be good at establishing a good rapport with customers and committed to providing professional services which will help improve patient outcomes. They should also have a proven track record of Pharmacy Management (at least 3-5 years management role) in either Australia, New Zealand or the UK.
Growth areas
Areas we are looking to grow are Medschecks, Vaccinations, Diabetes Care, Weight Loss and other new pharmacy prescribing roles.
We also pack Meditec sachets for a small nursing home and 30-plus community patients. We have 5 regular CPOP patients.

Logistics
We are open 7 days a week, 8am to 6pm. We have great beaches, beautiful vineyards, a friendly community, and beautiful country setting for those of you who enjoy nature and the outdoors. Relocation allowance of up to $5k is available to help you make the move. Must be a registered pharmacist with APHRA.
Current AHPRA pharmacist registration must be held at the time of application.
