About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Administration Assistant who enjoys working in a quiet office environment, enjoys data entry/'back of house' type admininstration work, and has a high attention to detail. You'll play a key role in supporting our operations and administration across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform accurate data entry and administrative tasks
* Basic bookkeeping using DEXT
* Assist with the monitoring and tracking plant and equipment records
* Assist with managing our ARC records accurately and keeping htem up to date
* Assist Safety & Compliance Officer with maintaining compliance records and processes
* Keep motor vehicle registrations up to date across the full fleet
* Assist with Invoicing across our 4 sites
About You:
* Enjoys quiet, focused office work (you will be working in our Peel Street admin office that is separated from our 4 branches)
* Ability to work autonomously
* High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident with data entry, spreadsheets, and Google Suite
* Basic bookkeeping knowledge (DEXT and Xero experience preferred but not required). Must have a sound understanding of numbers and bookeeping.
* Proactive and takes ownership of responsibilities
