We are currently hiring two Product Owners (Executive Manager level) reporting to the Crew Lead, CommBiz Reinvented.
Do Work That Matters
As a Product Owner and Value Stream Lead, you will:
* Set the vision, strategy and roadmap for your value stream
* Deliver customer value, manage delivery, risk and platform evolution
* Manage cross-functional squads across Product, Technology, UX, Data and Risk
* Translate enterprise strategy into tangible outcomes for business customers
* Drive innovation that positions CommBiz for the future, including technology and AI-enabled processes and experiences
* Deliver measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and digital NPS
* Embed cyber, resilience and risk excellence into everything we build
You will operate as an enterprise leader — influencing stakeholders, shaping trade-offs, and ensuring delivery is aligned to Business Banking's broader strategic agenda.
On Any Given Week, You Will
* Define and evolve your squad and your value stream roadmap
* Own backlog prioritisation and make clear, outcome-based trade-offs
* Partner with Technology and enterprise service domains to execute transformation initiatives
* Influence senior stakeholders (GM+ level) and represent CommBiz in key forums
* Remove blockers and create clarity across squads
* Drive delivery at pace while maintaining strong risk and compliance outcomes
* Lead with a true product mindset — focusing on product market fit, building alignment and simplifying complexity
We'd Love to Hear from You If You Have
* Proven end-to-end product ownership in agile or scaled agile environments
* Experience leading large-scale digital, technology or transformation initiatives
* Strong background in Business, Corporate or Institutional customer solutions
* Demonstrated success delivering digital, payments, platform or ecosystem innovation
* Experience working with AI-enabled use cases or domain transformation (desirable)
* Exceptional stakeholder leadership and executive presentation capability
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical depth
* A courageous, accountable and customer-first leadership style aligned to our values of Care, Courage and Commitment
