Job Description
As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be essential in supporting project delivery across AECOM's diverse portfolio. Your role will ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate project schedules, Salesforce setup, and document workflows to ensure timely project execution.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with AECOM standards and governance.
* Support project delivery through meeting setups, project planning, and financial coordination.
* Assist with team management tasks, including briefings, travel arrangements, and security clearances.
* Foster collaboration across teams to meet stakeholder needs and maintain high-quality governance standards.
Qualifications
* Proven project administration experience, ideally 5+ years in construction, infrastructure, professional services, or Defence, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and track milestones.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and prepare professional reports, correspondence, and presentations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (MS Project); SharePoint and Aconex experience is advantageous.
* Professionalism and adaptability: proactive, solutions-focused, and collaborative, thriving in fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams.
