Role Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and proactive Account Manager to join our client's high-performing Key Accounts Team. You'll work alongside an experienced team, supporting some of the largest clients and helping drive meaningful results. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist senior team members with account management, order coordination, and exceptional customer service
* Collaborate directly with high-profile clients—attend meetings, manage project updates, and drive campaign success
* Research new and trending merchandise ideas per industry and manage proactive product outreach
* Stay on top of market trends and help shape what gets presented to clients
* Play a central role in delivering outstanding service and building long-term relationships with clients
Skills & Attributes:
* 2–3 years' experience in customer service, account management, or production coordination
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
* Personable, professional, and confident in building rapport with clients and internal stakeholders
* Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* A fast learner who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
* Tech-savvy, with solid administrative and time management skills
* A genuine passion for helping brands stand out through innovative merchandise solutions
* A driver's licence and own vehicle are required (travel costs will be reimbursed)
