Your main responsibilities will include:

- Organising schedules, maintaining diaries, arranging travel and accommodation
- Co-ordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting administration, minute taking, composing presentations, drafting reports and assisting with key documents
- Gatekeeper or primary point of contact roles for the FCCS Head and Leadership Team
- Ability to strictly adhere to HSBC policies and maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities in the remit area

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with proven record in providing support at a senior level
- Relevant experience organising and planning
- High level of initiative, accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively, work under pressure with a can-do attitude
- Ability to recognise when escalation is required to senior members of the Team
