Community Support Worker - Aged Care page is loaded## Community Support Worker - Aged Carelocations: Nambour, Queenslandtime type: Variable timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR100310**Join an Organisation dedicated to Closing the Gap in Indigenous Health**The Institute for Urban Indigenous Health Ltd was established by its founding members to provide a coordinated/integrated approach to the planning, development and delivery of comprehensive primary health care services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander populations within the Southeast Qld Region.The focus of IUIH Aged Care team is to work with the local Indigenous community and relevant key stakeholders to increase access to comprehensive care and provide well-coordinated, quality in home care services to eligible aged care clients.The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct care to the eligible aged members of the community in their homes. The position provides assistance with tasks such as showering, toileting, dressing and shaving. This role also includes domestic assistance, social support, meal preparation and shopping.
